UNICORE 4.0

Following deadline extension, applications may be sent from April 1^st 2022 at 12.00 (midday - UTC+1)  to May 31^st 2022 at 12.00 (midday, UTC+1) . 

1) Read  carefully the call for application  
2) Fill in the online form  and make sure to upload all the required documents

Students must submit the following documentation:

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

1. Application form i.e. Annex 1
2. A valid copy of the Refugee Identity card issued in agreement with UNHCR or the PoR Car
3. Certificate proving that the qualification required for admission to the degree course has been obtained 
4. Certification of the list of examinations passed, including marks
5. Any other document required for admission to the chosen degree course

NON-MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

1. Motivational Letter (Maximum two A4 pages)
2. References from a supervisor or advisor
3. GPA certification, either per semester or cumulative 

The scholarship is available for one of the 6 Master Degree Programmes taught in English at the University of Milano-Bicocca:

Applied Experimental Psychological Sciences

Astrophysics and Space Physics

Marketing and Global Markets

International Economics

Marine Science

Materials Science

To verify if you are eligible ,please read carefully the admission criteria.

The selection process is divided into two stages:

- Stage 1: Assessment of documentation 
- Stage 2: online interview 

At the end of the first assessment session, a merit list will be drawn up, and only the first 10 candidates will be eligible for the interview stage. In the event of a tie, the youngest candidate takes precedence. 

Candidates admitted to the second stage will be notified by-mail by June 14^th 2022 and the final ranking list will be published on this page. 

All candidates admitted to stage two will have to attend an interview with the selection board. Technical and educational skills and English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview.

Online interviews will be scheduled from June 21^st 2022. The day and time of the interview will be communicated directly to candidates by email and pubblished on this page. 

With decree no. 37565/22 of April 29^th, 2022, the University extended the deadline for applications to the UNICORE 4.0 call.

The timeline is therefore updated as follows:

• April 1^st – April 29^th  –  Application phase; – extendend to May 31^st, 2022
• Within June 14^th  – Selected candidates will be notified for their individual interview; 
• From June 21^st  – Online individual interviews; 
• Within July 15^th  – Pubblication of the selected candidates’ list;  
• Within ten days from the publication of the list   – Selected candidates have to accept their scholarship  (failure to reply will constitute automatic forfeiture of the grant; in the event that one or both of the winners decline the benefit, the University will proceed to move down the list and award the scholarship to the next eligible candidate).
