
The Doctoral School of Milano - Bicocca is multidisciplinary and has around 700 students enrolled in its current cycles.
The doctoral courses offered by the School are "innovative” for their industrial, interdisciplinary and international characteristics. Approximately 30% of our University’s doctoral programmes in the humanities, natural sciences, medical sciences, economics and law are aimed at developing research projects in synergy with companies.
Many doctoral programmes are jointly developed with foreign universities and agreements are in place for six doctoral courses for which a joint qualification is awarded. The Boards of Lecturers are made up of researchers from ours and other universities, companies and research bodies, around 25% of which international.
