L’Area della Formazione e dei Servizi agli Studenti is the structure which provides for the administrative and didactic management of students' careers both during university and post-graduate studies, through a series of offices.

Services  to students are guaranteed through:

- mail

- appointments on line 

- appointments  in attendance

-phone.

INFORMATION ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF UNIVERSITY SERVICES AND STUDENTS' UNIVERSITY CAREERS
For information on the administration of students and postgraduates' university careers (e.g., enrolments, transfers, validation of exams related to previous careers and qualifications, administrative procedures concerning graduation, etc.) as well as for requesting the issue of university certificates, please email:
[email protected]unimib.it; a reply, when the inquiry is related to the office's duties, will be provided within 3 working days).

It is also possible to book an appointment in order to ask for the above-mentioned inquiries through a one-to-one meeting with our university staff on Mondays, from 9:30 to 12:30 at "Sportello 1" in Building U17 - Piazza Difesa per le Donne, 20126, Milan.

It is additionally possible to enquiry via a video call appointment. Video calls are scheduled on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 12:30. To book an appointment with our offices please email segr.studenti.[email protected].

Besides, it is possible to reach our offices via telephone call on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 12:30. The service will be available only during the dates and times above-mentioned. 
Please note that, in compliance with privacy regulations, students' personal information cannot be released over the phone.

INFORMATION ON UNIVERSITY EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND DIDACTIC-RELATED MATTERS

For information on how to edit and compile university courses' study plans, validation of university and/or non-university activities (ECTS), recognition from previous university careers or university transfers, exam sessions, internal stages and laboratories activities, lesson timetables and information about appointments with university teachers and professors, please email:

[email protected] (only for inquiries concerning final dissertation activities and related matters)

It is also possible to book an appointment in order to ask for the above-mentioned inquiries on a one-to-one meeting with our university staff on Thursdays, from 9.30 to 12.30 at the Agorà Building (former U6), third floor, rooms n. 3148/b and 3155.

Telephone call appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30 to 11:00.
