CRUI Scholarship for refugees in Italy
The Italian Ministry of Interior offers every year scholarships to refugee students who obtained international protection in Italy, in accordance with the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), in cooperation with ANDISU (The Italian Association of Right to Study Organizations).
The scholarship includes full tuition fee-waivers and free student services, such as accommodation, meals at university canteens, etc, for one year.
Who can apply?
Students having the status of refugees or subsidiary protection and belonging to the following categories:
- Winners of the previous calls are entitled to obtain the scholarship if they have obtained the minimum number of ECTS credits indicated in the Call for applications.
- Students with suitable entry qualification, obtained in Italy, who enrol for the first time at an Italian University in a Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD programme;
N.B. The scholarship is incompatible with any other scholarship or grant supplied by Italian public organizations according to the Legislative Decree 68/2012.
