This office deals with:
- determining student contributions on the basis of the actual economic situation of the student's family unit as shown by the ISEE certificate for subsidised benefits for the right to university study, issued by the CAAF or other qualified entities on the basis of the Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica signed by one of the members of the student's family unit
- award the financial benefits for the right to university study through competition
- grant the University scholarships that also exempt students from university contributions;
- grant partial and total tax exemptions on the basis of merit, income, socio-economic conditions and disability.

Telephone reception
Telephone reception is provided on Mondays from 9:30 to 12:30 and on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 15:30 by calling the following numbers
- 0264486599 for information regarding fees and contributions, ISEE declarations, exemptions and refunds and merit credits;
- 0264486799 for information on DS scholarships, accommodation service and catering.
The service operates exclusively on the days and times indicated.
Videoconference reception
Videoconference reception is scheduled on Tuesdays, from 9:30 to 12:30, by appointment via email to the addresses specified above.
Reception in-presence
The in-person reception is scheduled on Fridays, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - desk 7 Ed. U17 - IPAZIA, by appointment through the booking portal at the following link: https://gestioneorari.didattica.unimib.it/portaleplanning/unimib-segreteria, selecting the "Tasse e Diritto allo Studio" service.

The University of Milano-Bicocca supports internship opportunities for students in Italy and abroad in either public or private sectors, such as companies, institutions, universities, research centres. The Internship office manages internships for all students except those enrolled on the Department of Medicine and Surgery programmes.

- Thursdays from 14:30 to 16:00
Book your appointment here by 2 p.m. on the day before the reception. Only one appointment per week is allowed.
Students with a reservation will receive the link to access the virtual room half an hour before opening time.
