The in-person reception is scheduled

Mondays, from 14:00 to 17:00
on Wednesdays, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
on Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
on the ground floor of Building U6, by appointment via the booking portal at the following link:
