Presentation of the course

The Bachelor’s Degree in “Legal Services” is a three-year course of studies, aimed at providing students with a solid background in the legal sector, together with some basic knowledge in the sectors of economics, organizational management and information technology. After studying a common core of disciplines in the first two years, students can choose among three specialized course-tracks in the third year, each one aimed at preparing for a specific professional profile:

  • labor relations consultant
  • legal expert in private organizations
  • legal expert in public administration and the justice system.

A preliminary test is administered in September, before classes start. The test is mainly aimed at assessing students’ mastery of the Italian language and their ability in reading comprehension, logic together with a basic knowledge of the English language.

The list of elective courses includes also some English-taught courses, which are divided into two thematic groups: Peacekeeping, International Humanitarian Law and Transitional Justice, and Comparative Law of Business Organizations.
