Presentation of the course

Milano-Bicocca University School of Law equips students with the core skills essential to a wide range of legal and professional careers.

The law degree is a prerequisite for the admission to the legal professions in Italy, and can be used as a basis for seeking admission in many foreign countries. It’s also highly-regarded by a wide range of employers, including the ones offering the most demanding job positions both in the public and the private sector on the national and international level.

Admission to a law degree in Italy imposes no specific requirements on prospective students. A preliminary evaluation test aimed to assess the basic knowledge is held until September before classes of the fall semester.

The 5 years long Single-cycle master’s degree in Law aims to provide a solid cultural basis and an excellent methodology in the legal fields.

The courses included in the paths of "Peacekeeping, International Humanitarian Law and Transitional Justice", "Comparative Law of Business Organizations" and "Law and Pluralism" are taught in English.
