Bicocca Bridge aims to enhance intercultural trajectories as a source of stimulation and enrichment for the University, through a peer-to-peer perspective involving students in both educational planning and the implementation of activities

Service delivery methods
The service is provided in person and/or online, by appointment, offering both individual and group meetings.
The service offers the following opportunities:
- Individual and small-group motivational and support interviews.
- Collection and analysis of specific needs for subsequent connection with other University structures.
- Support in building socialization networks for active participation in academic life.
- Organization of meetings/webinars on intercultural topics of interest.
- Inbound orientation through meetings and workshops for high schools with a high percentage of students with a migration background.
- Outbound orientation towards the world of work through meetings with relevant stakeholders (in collaboration with job placement).
