The Academic Counselling and Study Methods Service provides a free space for discussion and reflection on how you study and approach your university experience.
The Service can support you at the beginning of university, if you would like to understand how university differs from secondary school, or during your degree programme, if you need to organise your time and activities more effectively or reconsider study strategies that are not working for you.
Through online resources and individual counselling sessions, the Service helps you gain a better understanding of how you learn, identify your strengths and difficulties, and develop more informed, flexible and effective study strategies.
Who is the service for
The Service is available to students currently enrolled in a degree programme at the University of Milano-Bicocca, as well as to secondary school students preparing for the transition to university who would like to learn more about the characteristics of university study.
It is designed for anyone who wishes to gain a better understanding of how they learn, improve the way they organise their studies and identify strategies suited to their individual needs.
