The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation annually offers scholarships to foreign students and Italian citizens living abroad (IRE) with the aim of promoting international cultural cooperation and spreading knowledge of the Italian language, culture, and science. The scholarships are available for programs of study, training, and/or research at state or legally recognized Italian institutions.
