The residence
First constructed in 1930, the U62 Residence was recently acquired and restored by the University before being inaugurated on 1 December 2016. The residence is located on Via Martinelli 44 in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), near to Villa Forno U46.
To get there, take the 31 tram (in the direction of Cinisello Balsamo) on Viale Zara, near the campus, and get off at the Gorky-Monfalcone stop.
The facility has 44 rooms (26 double rooms and 18 single rooms, two of which are suitable for students with disabilities) and encompasses the following services:
- reception
- kitchen on each floor
- study/computer room
- two single rooms for disabled students
- TV room
- launderette
- Internet
- private residents’ parking area for bicycles and motorcycles (no cars).
