The Master’s Degree Program in Nursing Sciences (Class LM/SNT1-A) is a two-year program comprising a total of 120 ECTS. The program is designed to train professionals capable of assuming roles of high responsibility and leadership in managing and delivering clinical, educational, managerial, and research processes within healthcare organizations.
The curriculum is built upon five core areas: Management, Research, Education and Training, Leadership, and Advanced Nursing Practice. The acquisition of high-level competencies enables graduates to participate autonomously and responsibly in decision-making processes, promoting innovation and the continuous improvement of the quality of care. In particular, the inclusion of courses in Leadership and Advanced Nursing Practice, applicable to any healthcare setting regardless of the specific clinical area, is the distinctive feature of this degree program.
The program follows a student-centered educational model, alternating intensive weeks of in-person classes with weeks of individual or remote study: a structure designed to support work-life-study balance.
