The Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development is an advanced program aimed to prepare professionals to work in Human Resource and Training & Education fields, both in Corporate Departments and in Consultancy.
The program is aimed to form theoretical and methodological competences in the fields of adult education (on a life-long perspective), organizational analysis, human resource systems and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) applied to Education and HR processes.
The course has a two years duration. Students will engage in major courses in organizational theory, HR, adult education, psychology and sociology. Internships in organizations investing in HR and Educational practices as a way to achieve their competitive advantage will provide a further occasion for students to perfect their skills by means of an on the job experience.

Avalaible Places 198: 5 reserved for candidates who are Italian citizens, European citizens or non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy and 2 reserved for candidates who are citizens of the People's Republic of China (Marco Polo Programme)
