Presentation of the course

The Degree Course in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques trains highly qualified healthcare technicians who apply biomedical knowledge and laboratory techniques in diagnostic settings to analyze biological samples, using state-of-the-art instrumentation and technologies while ensuring the quality of the results obtained.

The Biomedical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing analytical techniques aimed at studying body fluids and tissues, providing clinically useful results and reports for patient management and health protection.  The Biomedical Laboratory Technician also plays a fundamental role in personalized, forensic, and preventive medicine—fields that require constantly updated and qualified staff.

The degree program combines a solid theoretical foundation with intensive clinical placement, allowing students to develop professional skills from the very beginning and engage with various diagnostic environments
