OBJECTIVES
In accordance with recent recommendations from the National Observatory of Healthcare Professions regarding the implementation of Law 43/2006, the course aims to develop the management skills necessary to allow graduates to take up coordination roles at various levels of healthcare organisations, health and social care providers and private bodies. These skills will be used for human resource management, with an approach centred around development, interprofessionalism, governance of working processes, the promotion of organisational changes and the management of material and technological resources.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma holders in Nursing or other healthcare professions (see public announcement for number of places for each profession)
