The payments must be made using the PagoPA payment notices, which you can print from the Payment webpage in the Online Student Registry webpage section (Student Services Online).
The following students do NOT have to pay the second instalment; therefore, they will not find the PagoPA in the Online Student Registry:
- PhD students who are NOT beneficiaries of a scholarship and the other PhD students with an ISEE lower than 27.000 €;
- students who received the DS scholarship in the a.y. 2024/2025;
- students with a disability of 66% or more, and students with recognition of disability according to article 3, paragraph 1 or 3, of the law. 104 on 5 February 1992;
- students with merit and ISEE lower than 27.000 € or with a total of university fees lower than 400 € (please read our Tax Guide).
Students can pay as we wrote in point 3 of our Tax Guide.
The deadline to pay the second instalment is 16th May 2025
NB: the date of payment made by the bank will prevail, so please do not make the payment in the last hours of 16th May to avoid the charge of penalties
Payment made after the deadline entails an increase in the payment required:
- 10% of the amount owed for payments from 1 to 60 days late;
- 15% of the amount owed for payments more than 60 days late.
Instalment payment
Students can request instalment payments for amounts exceeding 700.00 € as per the methods indicated in point 6 of the Tax Guide.
Withdrawal from studies
In case of withdrawal from the university studies after 16th May 2025, the 2nd instalment will be due (art. 37 del Regolamento degli Studenti).
