OBJECTIVES
The course aims to develop management skills necessary to assume coordination functions at the different levels of health, social and health organizations and private structures. These skills will be aimed at the management of human resources with an approach oriented towards development, inter-professionalism, and the governance of work processes; the promotion of organizational changes and the management of material and technological resources
