Interested parties should click on the following link (https://unimibit.sharepoint.com/portale/SitePages/Lingue-Unimib.aspx), insert their university details and follow the process to see the discounts and participation procedures.
The link also has registration forms for IELTS exams, which are also subject to agreements with the university.
First-year students who wish to register for the first-year language assessment exam must:
- Visit the Online Services website at https://s3w.si.unimib.it, log in with your university details and select “Tasks and Appointment Bookings”.
- On the “Tasks and Appointment Bookings” page, go to “list of types of schedule” and click on "Book” next to the type of booking you need to make.
- On the next page, select your desired slot and confirm the booking.
To continue with the booking, use the dropdown menu to select the language (ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH, GERMAN, ITALIAN) you want to sit in the “Reason for Booking” field.
The University of Milano-Bicocca recognises the importance of foreign languages for the entire academic community and with regard to the requirements of the world of work. As a result, on 15 July 2016 the university set up the brand-new International Promotion and Language Training Office (UPIFoL).
The office organises a wide range of activities in collaboration with the university's foreign language committee.
Students, lecturers and technical and administrative staff can access lots of different activities aimed at improving their language skills, whether these are required for studying, work or simply to enable them to communicate with people from different countries.
