Non-EU citizens NOT resident in Italy who are admitted to the PhD course will receive a letter of admission to obtain an entry visa.
Within 60 days of enrolment, all students with a foreign qualification must send the following documents to [email protected]
- Certificate of equivalence of qualification in Italy (“Dichiarazione di valore”), issued by the Italian diplomatic authority in the country in which the qualification was awarded. As an alternative to the Certificate of equivalence of qualification, it is possible to present a Diploma Supplement in English, issued by the same institution that awarded the qualification and drawn up according to the model established by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES, or the CIMEA Statement of Comparability.
- A copy of their entry visa for study purposes/university or a copy of their residence permit (only for non-EU citizens)
Please note that scholarship holders must pay the second instalment by 16 May 2024. The second instalment will be defined on the basis of the economic conditions of the student's family, as established by the ISEE (Indicator of Equivalent Economic Situation), up to a maximum of €1200.00.
