In order to guarantee their place, successful candidates must carry out the following operations before the deadline indicated in the margin of the ranking list.
- Click on Enrolment and choose Enrol to courses with limited spaces
- Select the study course on which you want to enrol and follow the procedure, filling in the required fields and confirming you have done so at the end
- At the end of the enrolment procedure insert the “Enrolment declarations" form, correctly filled in and signed, which can be downloaded from the Forms section of the website.
- Payment of the first instalment through the PagoPA system must be made by the first working day following the day indicated in the ranking as the deadline for enrolment.
Scholarships
PhD students with grants must register with INPS (the Italian Social Security Institution) - “separate management” (“gestione separata”) and send the “Grant payment” form which can be downloaded from the Forms section to [email protected].

Please note that grant holders must pay the second instalment of fees by 15 May 2025. The second instalment will be defined on the basis of the economic conditions of the student's family, as established by the ISEE (Indicator of Equivalent Economic Situation), up to a maximum of €1200.00. In addition to their registration number, when enrolling students will be assigned an e-mail address [email protected] which can be accessed with the same username and password used to access the online student registry.
Badge
The student web-mail is the official communication tool between students and the University. Approximately three weeks after payment, enrolled students will receive the University magnetic card produced by Banca Popolare di Sondrio at their home address.
