Biography

Benedetta Trivellato is Associate Professor of Management at the University of Milano-Bicocca. She holds a PhD in Information Society from the University of Milano-Bicocca, an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Oxford (UK), and a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan. She was previously a Researcher at the Interuniversity Research Centre on Public Services (CRISP) at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where she conducted research with several local governments and public administrations, especially at the municipal level. Prior to her academic career, she was a Project Manager at the UK-based consulting firm Oxford Analytica, where she was involved in major projects for institutional and corporate clients. Her main research interests include: innovation in the public sector; public networks governance and leadership; co-design of public services; design and management of public-private systems for services’ provision; social innovation and sustainability.
