COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The Master in Local Authorities Management aims to train new managers and consultants in the public sector, providing the skills to manage the processes that are characterizing the sector:

- The digitalization of services of direct relationship with customers;
- Innovation and optimization of the processes of organizations;
- Financialization of real estate assets and the investee system;
- Innovation of administrative tools;
- The new strategic and management control systems;
- Transparent management of contracts and contracts;
- Acceleration of communication processes with citizens;
- Territorial marketing and event promotion;
- The tendency to re-design institutional geography.
The Master in Management of Local Autonomies aims to train the new managers and consultants of the PA.
