Research

The current research activity primarily focuses on promoting health and safety at work across various types of activities and organizational contexts.

Specifically, the following research areas are being pursued:

• Promotion of safe workplace behaviors (Safety Performance);

• Development of positive personal resources (such as Psychological Capital and Emotional Intelligence);

• Well-being of doctors and healthcare personnel in the post-pandemic era (in collaboration with IRCCS Maugeri and Istituto Auxologico Italiano);

• High-quality remote work, its determinants, and its effects on workers’ well-being;

• Prevention of absenteeism and turnover (in collaboration with the Centre de recherche de l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal).
