The web application pool of the University of Milan-Bicocca was created in line with the legislative provisions on the accessibility of Public Administration websites referred to in the so-called Stanca Law (Law 4/2004, "Provisions to facilitate access by disabled people to IT tools"), the Ministerial Decree of 8 July 2005 "Technical requirements and the different levels for accessibility to IT tools" and in application of the requirements technicians referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 20 March 2013.
The set of applications developed is progressively updated according to a mobile first approach to make the most popular platforms and browsers usable on most mobile devices and desktop PCs, textual and non-textual content that dynamically adapts to the characteristics of the medium used .
We have paid particular attention to the use of assistive technologies to access the information and services conveyed; despite this, it was not always possible to guarantee complete accessibility.

Accessibility Statements - AgID
The declarations of accessibility of the web applications of the University of Milano-Bicocca have been compiled following an internal evaluation, as required by legislative decree n. 106 of 10 August 2018 Reform of the implementation of directive (EU) 2016/2102 relating to the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies, in collaboration with the respective developers.
Each assessment follows the AgID "Self-Assessment Model V. 01" reported in Annex 2 of the Guidelines on the Accessibility of IT tools.
The evaluation methodology was based on sample verification, according to the in-depth monitoring method illustrated in chapter 5 of the Guidelines.
