With the publication of the QS World University Ranking 2024 (released in June 2023), the Milano-Bicocca University records a significant growth, rising from the 601-650 range to 481st place.
Particularly significant is the citation indicator, which measures the average number of citations received by UniMiB authors in Scopus and represents a proxy of the University's scientific impact: Bicocca gains 16 positions, positioning 227th in the world ranking and 4th in Italy.
QS, together with Times Higher Education, is the most renowned ranking internationally; the World University Ranking combines, with different weights, the following indicators:
