OBJECTIVES
The Master offers a unique, intensive and personalized training experience to anyone interested in developing concrete skills that can be spent in educational work in the community. It is aimed at recent graduates (preferably in Educational Sciences, compulsory qualification for community work) and professionals who already work in the educational field, with the possibility of personalizing the path. The aim is to offer participants a theoretical, practical and reflective path of professional development and strengthening of personal and relational resources, to support the challenges of daily work with children and adolescents who have lived through adverse experiences and manifest specific needs, in a strongly involving on an emotional, relational and existential level. A fascinating and difficult job, according to many the highest and intrinsically formative point of the socio-educational profession.

University graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
