The series, organized in collaboration with the Institut international en bioéconomie et environnement EXEBIO at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and the European University Alliance INVEST, brings together researchers and professionals from across Europe working in the fields of bioeconomy and environmental issues.

This second session explores the broad field of bio-based materials, ranging from the use of biomass as a molecular precursor to the development of agromaterials for construction. Through examples and case studies from France, Italy, Greece, and Finland, the session highlights innovative approaches to leveraging local biomass resources and supporting more sustainable practices in materials and construction.
