Starting April 24, 2026, the third instalment for the 2025/2026 academic year can be paid.
For doctoral students and postgraduate students, this will be the second instalment.
The deadline is Friday, May 15, 2026 (May 16, 2026, for postgraduate courses).
Payment method: PagoPA payment slip available in the Reserved Area of the Online student services Department.
More information below:
Those listed below do NOT need to pay the second instalment and therefore will not find the payment slip uploaded to the Online student services Department:
- Doctoral students NOT holding a scholarship and doctoral students holding a scholarship with an ISEE less than or equal to €28,000
- Students receiving DS scholarships
- Students with disabilities, recognized as handicapped pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1 or 3, of Law No. 104 of February 5, 1992, or with a disability equal to or greater than 66%
- Students with a total university contribution of less than €400 (read the Contribution Guide)
For payments with a Professor Card, you must produce a voucher for an amount equal to or less than the amount due and send it via campus email to [email protected] (indicating your student ID number in the email). The date the email was sent will be used to verify payment by the deadline.
Payments made after the deadline will result in an increase in fees due:
- 10% increase for late payments from 1 to 60 days;
- 15% increase for late payments from the 61st day onwards.
Please do not wait until the last day to avoid IT problems and risk penalties.
Payment by instalments
Payment by installments is possible for amounts exceeding €700, following the procedures indicated in point 8 of the Contribution Guide.
Withdrawal from studies
If you withdraw from studies by May 15, 2026, you will not have to pay the instalment. After the deadline, students will still be required to pay the instalment even if they withdraw from studies (Article 37 of the Student regulations).
