Biography
Associate Professor of Industrial and Economic Policy. Faculty of Economics Milan-Bicocca University since the academic year 2002/03. He holds the teaching of “Industrial Policy Strategies and Green Economy” in the Master's Degree Course in Eco-nomic and Business Sciences.
In 2024 he was Chairman of the ETS Committee, National Competent Authority for the management of Directive 2003/87/EC and support management of Kyoto Protocol project activities
Scientific Director of the Research Center in Economics and Regulation, of Services, Industry and the Public Sector (CESISP), based at the Department of Economic and Business Sciences and Law for Economics of the University of Milan-Bicocca. He coordinates the activities of research laboratories on Energy Market Regulation, Circular Economy and Waste Management.
From 2014 to 2018, he was a member of the Italian Consultation Board of the Horizon proproject, cluster “Secure, clean and efficient Energy”
