Incoming students nomination procedures and deadlines

The partner University must send an e-mail to our International Office (incoming.erasmus@unimib.it active only for nominations and transcript of records) informing us about the nomination/s of the Erasmus or Exchange student/s. The e-mail should include all the student's details (name and surname, gender, date and place of birth, nationality, e-mail address, period of stay, course of study at home).

Please note that students will be contacted personally by e-mail (from the welcome.desk@unimib.it account) two to three weeks after the nomination deadline with instructions to complete their enrolment and other useful information. 

Deadlines

1st semester and full year: May 20th
2nd semester: October 20th 

Language Level

The Unviersity of Milano-Bicocca requires incoming student to present a certificate of a B1 italian level or a B2 english level. The certificate must be released from the university or language institution. If the students cannot present this certificate, they are required to attend the italian language course offered for free one month before the beginning of the semester.

Start and End Official Dates

The first official date of the semester for students doing the italian language course is the day of the entry level test and the welcome day for all students that do not attend the language course. This dates are published for all students at this link

The ending official date depends on the departure day of the student.
