Biography

Economist with a focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility, his research activity centers on the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into corporate strategies and governance models, with particular attention to alignment with major international legal standards and frameworks. His research interests include regulatory compliance and the design of operational models for the implementation of sustainable practices, aimed at managing ESG risks and integrating measurable objectives into industrial and strategic planning. He has developed expertise in environmental and social governance through international academic studies and scientific activities related to the economic impact of the ecological transition, with a specific focus on sustainability reporting and strategic planning tools.

Education and Academic Background
Ph.D. in Public Administration Resources: People and Data (National Interest Doctoral Program), academic year 2023/2024 – 39th cycle, curriculum “Environmental Governance and Civic Leadership for Sustainability.”

Master’s Degree in Comparative International Relations from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude, presenting a thesis titled The Higher Educational Institutes' third mission and students’ initiatives. An application of Data Envelopment Analysis on students associations' activities for Sustainable Development Goals. He participated in a one-year exchange program at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, completing it with a GPA of 3.75/4.00.

Master’s Degree in Economics and Law for Enterprises and Public Administration from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, graduating with 110/110 cum laude. His thesis, entitled An innovative solution for the digitalization of services in large-scale retail: the Lastk0ll case, received the "Comitato Leonardo" Graduation Award. During this program, he completed a six-month academic exchange at the Universidade de São Paulo – USP, FEA-RP.

Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management – Banking and Finance from the University of Brescia, presenting a thesis entitled Management accounting for cost evaluation in a growing SME: the Lomopress s.r.l. case.
