Biography

Graduated in Physics in 1991 from the University of Pisa as a student of the Scuola Normale Superiore. Ph.D. from the University of Padua in 1995. From 1995 to 2021 researcher at the Ionized Gas Institute (later Institute for Plasma Science and Technology) in Padua of the National Research Council (CNR). Since 2021 associate professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca. His current research interests are mainly in applications of plasmas in the biomedical field.
