PhD Student


Eleonora Picco is a Ph.D. Candidate in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Milano-Bicocca.

During her master’s studies, she performed research on the effectiveness of interventions to promote sustainable employability at Maastricht University and collaborated on the development of the Dutch and Italian versions of a measurement instrument for sustainable employability of employees.

She is now a member of the Bicocca Center for Applied Psychology and currently conducts a research project on a technology-based intervention to promote sustainable employability of employees.

Her research interests include job retention, barriers to return to work, Work-Health Balance and Agile working.
