RAIBULET CLAUDIA

Claudia Raibulet received her Master's Degree in Computer Science from the "POLITEHNICA" University of Bucharest, Romania in September 1997. Her Master Degree thesis entitled "Interfaces to Support Access To Various Kinds of Commercially Available Databases" has been developed at Politecnico di Torino in the context of the ERASMUS scholarship. On 19 February 2002 he received the Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and Systems at the Polytechnic of Turin with the thesis entitled "Data Specification and Management in Industrial Distributed Systems". After being a research fellow at the Polytechnic University of Turin from 1998 to 2003, she joined the Software Architecture research group at the University of Milan-Bicocca. Between May 1, 2004 and January 9, 2005 she was a fixed-term researcher at the University of Milan-Bicocca. She became an assistant professor (INF/01) at the University of Milan-Bicocca on 10 January 2005. She belongs to the Department of Computer Science, Systems and Communication of the same University. Currently is member if the ESSeRE (Evolution of Software SystEms and Reverse Engineering) lab at the University of Milan-Bicocca.

The research activity concerns Software Engineering and has covered the areas of software architecture and reverse engineering. In the software architecture, adaptive and service-oriented systems have been studied. Reverse engineering research has been related to the recognition of design patterns in object-oriented software. Other research activities concern model-driven approaches, context-aware, smart, and mobile systems.

She is the author of more than 80 scientific articles published in international journals, conferences and workshops. She is a reviewer for international scientific journals. She is currently a guest editor for two special issues related to model-driven engineering and context-aware and smart systems. She is part of scientific committees of international conferences and workshops.

She teaches lectures and seminars at the Department of Computer Science, Systems and Communication. She followed 21 Master's theses and 56 Bachelor's thesis in Computer Science.
