Due to the large number of students, I cannot accept to follow new master's theses. I am available only to lead the final project of undergraduate students in Intercultural Communication.
Biography
Associate Professor of Organization Studies.
Since 2018, she teaches management at the SNA, National School of Administration, Prime Minister's Office.
After a master degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University, she obtained a phD in Organization, Technology and Human Resources Development at University of Molise.
She teaches in managerial training courses in public and private institutions and is a faculty member of MIP, School of Management of Politecnico di Milano and carries out advisory activities in change management projects for large companies. She has participated as a speaker in events on issues of diversity management and scenarios of changes of the world of work (Festival del Marketing, Festival della Crescita, Paradigma, Wise Growth, CUG Milano Bicocca, Valore D, CUG Comune di Milano, AIGA).
In 2020 she was appointed Chairman of EGOS Colloquium 2024, the international conference of the European Group of Organizational Studies to be held at the University of Milan-Bicocca in July 2024.
Together with Adriano Solidoro, she coordinated the “Global Diversity Management” Summer School at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland.
She is a member of several commissions for selection and evaluation of public managers.
She is a member of the CRANET group, an international research group that carries out comparative research on human resource management every four years and she is a member of EGOS, ASSIOA and AIDEA.

She was a member and deputy chaiman of the Sustainability Committee of Eurizon Capital SGR.
Research
Her research focuses on diversity management and innovation, analysis of organizational cultures in change management processes and skills development in public management.
Since 2007 she has participated regularly and with increasing managerial responsibilities in numerous research projects funded at national level by private institutions, in collaboration with Italian and foreign universities.
