The Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences and Technologies belongs to the L-32 Class of Degrees in Environmental Sciences and Technologies, has a duration of three years and involves the acquisition of 180 university study credits (CFUs) leading to the award of the degree. There are 20 exams which are worth a total of 173 CFUs. The remaining credits will be obtained through other educational activities: one compulsory placement and the final exam. Indicatively, the exams are divided as follows: six in the first year, seven in the second and seven in the third.
Access to the course of study is planned locally (125 places, of which four reserved for non-EU students residing abroad and four for Chinese students on the Marco Polo project). The ranking is generated on the basis of a test. Applications are permitted until the planned number of places is reached.

The official language of the course is Italian.

At the end of the course, the qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences and Technologies is issued.

The qualification enables access to first-level postgraduate programs, specialist training courses, LM-75 Master’s Degree courses and other classes launched at the University of Milano-Bicocca or at other universities in accordance with the procedures set out in their respective regulations.

Graduates in Environmental Sciences and Technologies can apply to Section B of the following professional registers: junior biologist, junior planner, graduate agricultural technician, graduate land surveyor.

The Degree Course aims to provide solid cultural and methodological preparation across a wide range of basic and applied disciplines in the following areas: mathematics, IT and statistics, physics, chemicals, biology, ecology, earth sciences, agriculture, law, economics and analytics. In terms of job prospects, graduates go on to work in both the public and private sectors, taking on technical and operational roles focusing on environmental factors and systems.
