Biography

Currently, I'm a PhD student in Public Health at Univeristy of Milano-Bicocca. My research activity focuses on mitral and tricuspid valve diseases, with some pubblications as co-author and one as first-author in peer reviewed journals. 
I graduated at “University of Messina” in 2015 and passed the board examination in Cardiology at “University of Milano Bicocca, Milan” in 2020.
Since 2020, I've been working as a staff cardiologist at the Integrated Cardiovascular Diagnosis Unit of the San Luca Hospital, Istituto Auxologico Italiano, in Milan, where I carried out an intense postgraduate training, developing experience in three-dimensional echocardiography. 
I have been awarded as best research presented at the Italian Society of Cardiology annual meeting in 2021 and 2022.
